Work experience
Before my psychological work, I was more than ten years engaged in various functions in the health services. I worked in rescue and emergency services and in anesthesia care as well. Due to my work experience, the practical work is especially important to me.
Studies
Inspired by the vision of creating meaningful work and fulfilling work conditions for people, I completed a Bachelor of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology in Applied Science. In addition to my work I am currently doing my master's degree in psychology with Major in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.
Interest
With different projects in the timber industry on the topic of increasing automatization, my interest for the field of timber construction was growing. The down-to-earth carpenters, the sustainable and organic material wood, the beautiful carpentry and the variety of interdisciplinary interfaces fascinate me.
Motivation
The voices of hard working people are very meaningful to me and I like to give everyone the opportunity to participate in changing processes. Due to my own practical background, I know how challenging work conditions and a lot of responsibility influence the daily life experience. Therefore, it is my passion to create meaningful and fulfilling work for people.
